The New Zealand Family Violence Clearinghouse to looking to appoint a Manager who will manage the daily operations and lead a skilled team in the Outreach office.

This includes internal and external reporting, planning, business analysis, developing and implementing systems and processes.

The Manager will be responsible for leading special projects including the redevelopment of the NZFVC website, and establishing an effective team environment that is responsive to a wide scope of services.

To be successful in this role you will have:
· Proven success in leading a skilled team
· Accountability and be responsible for clear procedures and guidelines
· The ability to operate within a complex and challenging environment
· Proven experience of nurturing and fostering strong relationships
· An entrepreneurial aptitude to seek, engage, and improve business and financial capability
· A tertiary qualification relating to management, policy and/or research and no less than 2 years in a leadership position
· A ‘can do’ positive attitude.

The Manager will work collaboratively with NCIWR national office and its service providers.
