Rape Awareness Week will be launched in Auckland on Wednesday 30 April at a meeting with the Minister of Women’s Affairs the Hon Steve Chadwick, Louise Nicholas, Dr Kim McGregor, the staff and Board of Rape Prevention Education, and Courageous Women to celebrate recent achievements in work towards addressing sexual violence in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The meeting will be held at St Columba Centre, 40 Vermont St, Ponsonby, Auckland, between 2.30-4.15pm. There will be plenty of parking spaces and light refreshments.
