'Private Violence: Anything but Private' is a free feature-length documentary about the epidemic of violence against women in America, that seeks to debunk the myths about victims, perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence, draw the connection between violence in our homes and violence in our streets, and serve as cornerstone for a comprehensive public awareness campaign that will educate, inform and then inspire women and men - from all walks of life - to get involved.
The documentary interviews a host of activists, academics and practitioners, including Vice President of the United States Joe Biden, from the women's and men's movements to eliminate violence against women. This film is split into four separate chapters:
Chapter One: Private Violence
Chapter Two: A New Kind of Strength: The Men's Movement to End Domestic Violence
Chapter Three: Private Violence: Trainers Edition
Chapter Four: Survivor to Survivor
