Auckland Sexual Abuse HELP, with the support of Tu Wahine, has developed a new social media campaign called Conversations Count.
HELP says, "Conversations Count aims to put the spotlight on conversations young people are having around potentially harmful sexual behaviour."
"Conversations Count hopes to ignite discussions among young people, to define what is okay and what isn’t when it comes to their experiences around sex, friendships and relationships."
The campaign is aimed at 14-18 year olds. It depicts texts between young people before and after a party where a sexual event with issues about consent takes place. One post is available now and there will be another three over the next few weeks.
