This Kai and Kōrero session will share “Press Pause”, a recently launched online interactive website hub to support adults in positions of responsibility in Aotearoa navigating the management and prevention of concerning and harmful sexual behaviour with rangatahi and young people.

Press Pause is a website created to equip adults to respond effectively and support rangatahi and young people who may have engaged in concerning sexualised behaviour. It is designed to grow confidence working with rangatahi and young people by:

Understanding common sexualised behaviours

Learning to recognise harm

Providing tools and resources to respond effectively, and have safe and supportive conversations
This session will be presented by Bex Fraser and Lyn Janse from the Prevention Education Team at Stop.
