You're invited to attend a 4-hour roadshow in September to find out more about the development of the new national sexual violence helpline
The free 24/7 helpline will enable anyone who is affected by sexual violence to be given information, referred to local specialist services, and when required, provided with crisis counselling and support. It will be accessible by a number of channels including phone, website/online chat, email, text/SMS and social media.
Homecare Medical has been awarded a contract to build and operate the new helpline which will be rolled out in two phases, with 24/7 phone line services (including text/SMS and email) and a website available in December 2017 and online chat and social media from March 2018.
The roadshow is an opportunity for you to find out more about Homecare Medical and how the helpline services will be developed and managed.
