17 - 19 February 2022

Organised by

Pasefika Proud

Free. Note: This programme is specifically for Pacific peoples attendance only

This cultural training has been developed to target qualified Pacific practitioners such as social workers, counsellors etc., either working specifically with Pacific families in the area of family violence or who are working with Pacific families and deal with family violence incidences or support as part of their wider work.

Each ethnic-specific programme is delivered in a combination of one of the ethnic Pacific languages and English.

The programme is FREE, however, due to high demand, limited spaces are available.

The ethnic specific programmes give participants an in-depth insight to cultural approaches to family wellbeing when dealing with family violence, specific to one of the eight Pacific nations.

What you learn: Cultural approaches to achieving family wellbeing specifically when working with Pacific families impacted by family violence

For: Qualified Pacific family violence prevention practitioners and social workers and those work with Pacific victims, perpetrators or their families as part of their wider work.
