Learn from an expert about the critical components, and the do’s and don’ts, of creating domestic violence policy and procedures for your organisation
This workshop, and Shine's DVFREE Guidelines for Policy and Procedures will help you get started on your domestic violence workplace policy and procedures in order to: create a safe and supportive workplace for staff who experience domestic violence; prepare to manage staff who perpetrate domestic violence safely and appropriately; and help all your staff gain a better understanding of the issue to know how to help a colleague or someone outside of work.
In this workshop, an expert will walk you through the critical components of domestic violence workplace policy and procedures, and answer your questions.
This workshop will be followed by DVFREE 'First Responder' Domestic Violence Training (separate registration required).
