With elections scheduled on 23 September, this is a unique opportunity to hear our female MPs debate issues around eliminating gender inequality.
In a democratic and gender equal society, we should not only expect that 50% of MPs would be women, but governance boards of directors across New Zealand are 50% women. That throughout our national workforce there is equal pay for equal work done. Into the twenty-first century, none of these has been achieved. Read more
